Dr. Michel A. Khoury is a distinguished leader in the field of education, with over two decades of experience in guiding institutions toward excellence. As the CEO of Eastwood Group of Schools and the Head of School at Eastwood Global Online School, Dr. Khoury brings a wealth of expertise in educational leadership, strategic planning, and innovative school management.
With a solid academic foundation, including a Doctorate in Organization Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in International Educational Development in Finance and Planning from Columbia University, Dr. Khoury has been instrumental in transforming Eastwood Schools into a beacon of global education, renowned for its commitment to academic integrity and international standards. At Eastwood Global, I have the unique opportunity to leverage my extensive experience as an Academic Director to enhance educational outcomes on a global scale. With 23 years in the field, including 5 years dedicated to online education, I am committed to creating and overseeing academic programs that embrace diverse perspectives and innovative teaching methods.
My role involves fostering an environment that supports both students and educators in navigating a rapidly evolving educational landscape. I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge online platforms and strategies to enrich the learning experience, ensuring that our academic offerings are both inclusive and effective in preparing students for success in a globalized world.
In addition to my role at Eastwood Global, my involvement as a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN) allows me to contribute further to the field. I serve as a Program Leader, Evaluation Leader, and Chair of multi-programmed and synchronized visits, bringing my expertise to various aspects of IB education.
My work is complemented by my role as a NEASC approved visitor, underscoring my commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement in global education standards.

With a distinguished career in K-12 leadership, curriculum development, and educator training, I am honored to serve as Eastwood Global’s first-ever US Elementary Principal. My mission is to drive innovative learning experiences, mentor educators, and support student success in an evolving educational landscape.
I hold a Ph.D. in K-12 Leadership, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, all from Kent State University. My career began in the classroom as an Elementary School Teacher at Ravenna City Schools in Ohio, where I cultivated a passion for student-centered instruction. I later transitioned into leadership roles, serving as an Assistant Principal and then Principal at Field Local School District, where I led school-wide initiatives to enhance curriculum and foster academic excellence.
Beyond my work in school leadership, I have dedicated my expertise to professional development, serving as a Curriculum Consultant with 3P Learning, where I designed and delivered educator training on reading and math platforms. I have also contributed to digital learning through my role as a Digital Educational Resource Creator with Teachers Pay Teachers. Additionally, as a Life Coach, I have provided guidance to educators and professionals, helping them achieve their goals in education and leadership.
At Eastwood Global, I am excited to lead the US team in shaping a dynamic, forward-thinking elementary program. My focus is on spearheading curriculum development, fostering teacher growth, and driving student recruitment, all while ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for our students.
