Our Story

History

Eastwood Global builds upon a legacy of over 50 years of excellence in education. Founded in 1973 by Mr. Amine Khoury, Eastwood College began as a single school dedicated to academic rigor and holistic learning. Over the decades, Eastwood expanded its footprint to include campuses in Lebanon, Nigeria, and Iraq, while continuing to innovate and adapt to the changing landscape of education.

In 2011, Eastwood launched its first fully online program for Grades 6–12, marking the start of a transformative journey. By 2023, Eastwood was one of only seven schools worldwide authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization to offer the fully online IB Diploma Programme. This milestone led to the establishment of Eastwood Global Online School, based in Switzerland, which welcomed its first cohort in 2024.

Today, Eastwood Global serves a diverse, global community of students, offering flexible and innovative education tailored to the needs of gifted learners, student-athletes, and homeschooling families.
